Passenger Departure
- Receiving the clients at the departure reception desk.
- Exclusive baggage handling
- Assitance with banking and acquiring foreign exchange.
- We conduct check-in formalities with airlines, Immigration and Customs on behalf of customers.
- Escort to executive waiting lounge
- Passengers are escorted through the boarding gate to the waiting lounge until the respective flights are boarding, then airborne.
- Escort to board the airplane
Passenger Arrival
- Receiving arriving clients at the arrivals halls
- Our airport protocol officer will hold the sign card with the names of the Passenger(s) boldly written.
- Assisting with banking/changing of foreign to local currency or cashing Traveler’s cheques
- Assisting Passengers to locate and get luggages from carousel belt.
- Provision of our Executive Bus for transfers, where applicable
- Attending to clients needs till they leave.
- Passengers are escorted to baggage train/crane section, where they will reclaim their luggage.
- Passengers are escorted to the waiting area to be picked up by aide or to the car park or under the second bridge for easy pick-up by their respective drivers.
