This visa is for foreigner who wants to attend any conferences, seminars or Academic events in another country. The conference visa can be issued if you attending any conference or seminars orgainzed by State Governments, Private Companies, Reputed NGO’s, Public Funded University etc.

Who can apply for a Conference Visa?

You must meet the basic citeria to qualify for a conference visa:
  • 1: People who visit to attend any business or academic conferences must get a conference visa.
  • 2: All academicians, professors, students, lecturers, research scholars, master/bachelor/postgraduate students, and executives of companies and organizations can apply for the conference visa.
  • 3: You can also apply for it, If you are going with your group to present any conference paper or as a listener for any conference/seminar being organized in other countries.

Conference Visa Requirments

You'll need the following document for conference visa application:
  • 1: A Passport valid for 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages for endorsement.
  • 2: Photocopy of passport datapage
  • 3: Recent Passport Photographs
  • 4: Invitation Letter from Organizer of the conference or event
  • 5: Proof of Residential Address
  • 6: Flight and Booking itinerary (flight tickets, hotel booking)
